• Management of installation projects• Ordering materials and supplies needed according to customer specification • Managing install technician schedules to meet desired installation date• Coordinating with customers on job-site related issues and readiness• Preparing forecasts and participating in operational calls to maintain business efficiency• Coordinating special installation requirements and any changes in the job and schedule• Anticipating and preventing missed details that will cause delays and lost revenue• Reviewing paperwork completed by install technicians, ensuring job completion according to company policy• Monitoring billing database • Organizing the scheduling of equipment delivery and installation

• Installation and programming of automatic doors• Recording work completed and inventory• Implementing processes and equipment per company guidelines, manuals, and ANSI standards• Mentoring, guiding, and instructing others on install and service methods• Applying safety guidelines and performing safety checks on jobsites• Collaborating with superintendents and project managers to ensure job-site readiness and efficiency of projects

• Collaborating with customers, contractors, suppliers, and owners to provide complete and accurate quotes• Developing relationships with hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers, and owners• Creating new accounts and coordinating with credit department regarding terms and receiving timely payment• Interpreting plans and creating shop drawings and submitting for review and approval• Ensuring customer satisfaction by working with customer on issues after sale and installation• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AAADM requirements and current AMSI standards• Creating timely and accurate weekly reports and participating in necessary conference calls
