I am responsible for identifying and implementing new business opportunities for Boulcott Hospital, and I am currently focusing on providing patient-centred care in local communities.

I am responsible for the planning; implementation, and management of IT systems at Boulcott Hospital that align with the business’ strategic plans. I work with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to create systems and processes that make optimum use of new and existing technological resources to meet business needs.I work closely with other members of the senior management team in the development of financial reporting and companywide budgeting, focusing principally on monthly board reporting and KPI analysis.My role also involves the training of consultants and staff in, and the day-to-day support of, the hospital’s IT infrastructure and systems. This encompasses not only the desktop and server IT environments but also that of the theatre and other medical equipment used in the hospital.
