As the VP of Product Development, I serve as the product owner and manage a small team of software developers for rezStream. We are building and evolving a modern reservation and property management SaaS platform for small to medium-sized lodging businesses and supporting them with top-notch customer service and digital marketing. Our small team is focused on building and shipping solid, fast, modern, and user-friendly software. We learn from each other, we communicate and share ideas openly, we try new things, we fail sometimes, we deploy often, we pay attention to details, we’re thorough, we take advantage of new technologies thoughtfully, and we have a customer-first mentality.
