I’m accountable for developing a great team, culture and technical strategy for our Cisco Carlsbad office. I lead several teams within Sales and Customer experience delivering solutions that enable Cisco across boundaries. In addition, I lead the delivery team for one of the largest Salesforce accounts globally with a very complex ecosystem.I joined Cisco through acquisition in 2015 and I’ve worked in many different areas of the company. I’ve faced many challenges from site strategy to frequent team changes all while keeping a great culture and delivery timelines.Success to me is building an incredible development team that is focused on the product value as well as time to market. Working directly with Senior Management to coordinate and implement scalable and sustainable technologies across multiple internal and public projects. Designed and led the ETL effort utilizing numerous technologies including MongoDb and Talend BD. Worked with the architecture team to re-design our service platform as an N-Tier multi-tenancy SaaS deployed into AWS. Key technologies include .Net 4.5, Entity Framework, WCF, Dependency Injection, MongoDb and MEF.Redesigned and implemented a new ETL process for faster onboarding of new clients and reusability of custom ETL components. Served as key player in major project building community-based portal utilizing open technologies to centralize and share gene data. Designed and developed gene portal system. Participated in presentations and case reviews promoting updates and efficiencies. -Partnered with Oracle DBA to optimize data queries using diverse techniques. -Extended Microsoft’s Enterprise Library Database layer for Oracle support (Microsoft application case study can be read at http://tinyurl.com/yj89sb9). -Maintained legacy applications in VB & Perl and supported transition team with migration of applications to .NET.

Created desktop applications and web portals to communicate genomic data across locations worldwide. -Created first J&J Bioinformatics application for Lab Information Management System (LIMS).-Partnered with cross-functional team to develop global interface for all gene research information. -Functioned as Lead Developer on Protocol Registration System R&D management tool.
