Extensive experience in new product R&D, quality assurance, managing product growth, building engineering teams and leadership, M&A technology / company evaluation, and site management of both local and remote offices.After joining F5 Networks through a start-up (acquisition), developed and launched a market leading SSL VPN product. Subsequently contributed to a strong & independent security business via both new product development and M&A. Grew the San Jose office from 15 to over 300 (security-focused) engineers.Now working as a technical leader within the Disney Ad Platforms organization (Disney Media and Entertainment Technology).A technologist at heart, but I believe that nothing is more important than the people.
