Responsibilities:----------------* Driving different types of machinery during the Peat Production season.* Make sure the moisture content of the peat is to an acceptable level before harvest so the Power Stations can burn it to the optimal temperatures and gain the most energy from it.* Continue to harvest enough peat to support the running of many Power Stations that create much of the electricity used throughout Ireland.
