After studying English and Sociology and Political Studies through my Arts degree in NUI Galway, I decided to take a year out and travelled to Australia on my own to see a different part of the world. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and a great experience as I met and made friends with people from many different cultures. Due to the poor economic climate, teaching, an area of work I would have liked to continue my studies in, has slowed with many newly qualified teachers without a job. Therefore I decided to push myself in another dynamic and fast growing industry.I am currently studying a Higher Diploma in Software Development at the University of Limerick, which is a one year course that ends in June 2013. I am thoroughly enjoying the course, allowing myself to develop my programming skills to as high a level that I can. I especially like the solution finding for the Java Programming module and also the Development of Information Systems which involves problem based learning.Specialities:--------------JAVA SQLHTML
