My initial role at Xibitz' was in the management of special projects; taking them from final design through to final installation.As part of an initiative to expand Xibitz' capability to engage in increasingly more sophisticated projects; I assumed and developed the role of Director of Production.Partnering with the internal leadership team to support the sales team's engagement with clients; developing a deeper understanding of their needs and strategies to achieve them.As part of this role, I established a vision plan to develop, organize and manage an operational team that functions cohesively to drive quality, design objectives and ensure financial success. Establishing a culture that emphasizes commitment, and professionalism.

I joined the Exceed team to reshape the operational structure of the company and to improve financial and quality performance. Initially focusing on assessing personnel roles and reorganizing operations to capitalize on the existing personnel resources, and then on developing an integrated company culture. The assessment process was followed by establishing long term company development strategies to improve operations and meet client expectations. As part of the reshaping process, I also worked with the financial officer to assess profitability and adjust company pricing structures to assure profitability.

Initially, my responsibility was to provide project management services on projects involving trade shows, show rooms and marketing environments. Managing financial, engineering, schedule performance on assigned projects.My responsibilities evolved into management of the production operations, initially as production supervisor then as production manager. I successfully managed the project management, detailing, production and logistics teams. developing a fluid team that met design objectives, while maintaining quality and financial benchmarks.My primary focus was invested in the development and refinement of each department under my responsibility; developing a culture that focused on performance growth and support of the creative objectives of the company.

Provided consulting services, primarily to designers, to develop furniture, trade show elements, and unique environments. Additional service included the production of custom furniture elements for commercial and residential clients.Successfully coordinated with designers and fabricators to facilitate the desired outcome.

My initial role was as a fabrication assistant; I then moved into the drafting and engineering team. Developing engineering drawings and production strategies for the fabrication of custom furniture and millwork for corporate, hospitality, marketing and residential spaces.Successfully managing a team of craftsman to provide high quality projects on schedule; integrating design objectives fluidly into the production process. Working directly with clients and designers to assess their needs and ensure design objectives were met, on budget, throughout the fabrication process.

My role was to assist the principle in the development of branding and product prototypes for marketing clients. Projects included packaging systems, graphic identity, and furniture development.Responsibilities included fabrication of mock-ups, presentation preparation, trade show preparation and schematic layout drawings.
