My time at Jetta was brief but pleasant and rewarding. I had been at Jetta a little over two months when I was offered the position I currently hold, a position I had applied for prior to joining Jetta. As much as I enjoyed working at Jetta, the compensation and retirement benefits offered by my new position were more than I could pass up. While at Jetta I was able to implement a simple but informative Intranet, setup a Help Desk ticketing system, switch the Internet connectivity from a T1 to Cox High Speed Business service and develop a server upgrade plan.

* Myself and my team provided all levels of technical support to our hosted document storage customers. * In addition to ongoing support and troubleshooting, we performed many of the installations of our various MS SQL Server, MS .NET Framework and browser based applications.* We also maintained the IT infrastructure of the headquarters facility.

* I was originally hired to perform the hands-on I.T. support of the Oklahoma City facility. I was promoted to Acting Production I.T. Director about one year later. * As Acting Director I led a team of technicians responsible for the IT infrastructure of an international broadcasting company with employees located in seven offices worldwide. * We maintained the WAN and LANs, Windows servers (including Exchange, MS SQL Server and IIS) and all desktop hardware/software support.

* My team grew from myself to a six person team responsible for all I.T. services and support of the 140 employee HMO. * My first task was to install a Windows based network including email and roll out 30 Windows based workstations, I performed most of the work myself. * Later, I established professional IT department with helpdesk, desktop hardware/software support, onsite user training, and two shifts of operators responsible for the mainframe’s daily production schedule.* I also performed all SQL database development and administration work.
