25 years experience in pharmaceutical discovery and development. Breadth of experience spans Big Pharma to start up companies, commodity chemical manufacturing to academic research, and grant funded research companies. Depth of experience demonstrated in a long history of designing and advancing multiple pre-clinical drugs to IND and phase I/II development, intellectual property management, contributor, team leader, group leader, department head, CRO/CDMO management, multi-site/multi-national collaborations, process development chemistry to GMP drug substance manufacturing and most importantly - the professional development and career advancement of scientists and colleagues I am responsible for.I currently lead a department of process development chemists and innovators serving all manner of early phase pharmaceutical clients to design and develop safe, scalable, GMP manufacturing processes for IND and phase I/II clinical drug trials.
