As a consultant, researched and developed a complete business plan for offsite construction of walls, floors, and roofs including industry norms and assumptions, demographics, location optimization, competition and market placement, revenue model and best guess gross margin, COGS and market share capture , payroll modeling for each location, transportation and maintenance model. As a representative of the partnership, I traveled to Edmonton Canada to pitch the only operating partner in north America that has done this for the past 15 years. The next growth industry in the United States is offsite construction for the residential building industry.

Worked with CFO and CEO's of banks customers to speed up recievables, set up a merchant bank account in Delaware for payables, and invest available funds everyday in overnight repurchase agreements.

Our team was responsible for bringing in new business relationships to the bank. We facilitated the cross selling of all services at the bank including facilitating branch relationships, cash management, Investment services, and international services. I was a four time Golden circle winner for bringing in some of the largest public and private companies into the fold.
