CSSI, an award-winning multinational IT corporation with Head Quarter's in Johannesburg, South Africa founded by James Grcic in 2000. He co-founded CipherWave with Jonathan Mason, and is CEO of SkyClass Aviation (VIP and executive charter airline). His specialty is in data recovery services and data storage technology that propelled CSSI to being one of SA's Top 300 Corporate companies, and a host of accolades achieved, namely, "Top Entrepreneurial Business in SA, Most Productive SA company​ (NSTF), and Best Gauteng Business"​ are some of the notable awards racked up. CSSI launched out of a garage in its incubation year that James started upon his return from the USA with a Degree from Campbell University. He majored in Information Technology (MIT) and graduated with honours in Business (Magna Cum Laude).Today, he is a Professional Member of IITPSA (Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa, and the Chair to Data Storage and Recovery in SA). He pioneered technologies and patents in data recovery which set industry benchmarks. James won the Minister's Award for Science and Technology in South Africa and for three consecutive years was a finalist for IT personality of the year.A decisive, articulate and natural strategist is the best way to define his leadership style with collective knowledge across many industries. Having successfully turned around an aviation company (SkyClass), launch of the only category-5 data centre in Africa (CipherWave), and today involved in projects around the globe, including software development. He honed his skills and experience with leadership roles he held in university, sport and the boardroom. Having traveled the world to compete on the tennis circuit as a junior professional (ATP) and participate in NCAA Division 1 tennis in the USA is what he ascribes had built up his resilient qualities to business and entrepreneurship.
