Responsible for research, purchase and administration of all employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision and 401k. Handle all Unemployment claimsHandle all Workers’ Compensation claims. Oversight of recruitment and onboarding of exempt and non-exempt employees ranging from hourly foodservice workers to commissioned route drivers. Counsel management on all disciplinary actions and approve terminations. Develop and implement all personnel policies including employee handbook, new hire orientations, criminal background checks and drug testing protocols. Safety and DOT compliance coordinator. Statewide monthly travel.
