This business successfully grew into a chain of 14 stores named 'Pizza Lovers' and was sold to Domino's in 2004.In my 30's, I founded Positive Training Solutions, an award winning customer service and hospitality training provider, and coaching service to most major food franchise brands, including McDonald's, KFC, Subway & Domino's.In my 40's, I have coached & guided small business owners to grow their businesses, their teams and themselves. I have found this work to be highly rewarding.I continue to push the envelope of the value proposition that I offer to you, my clients, and I have an unwavering entrepreneurial zest and enthusiasm that is both infectious and well, yes, positive!Right now as I approach my 50's, I am focusing my skills, energy and resources into raising awareness of the some of the challenges men face including stigma and resistance to self-help. I am committed to reducing the number of preventable deaths of men by raising awareness and positively contributing to men’s mental health and physical well-being!Why? According to Lifeline, over 65,000 Australians make a suicide attempt each year. 75% of those who take their own life are male. Have you ever wondered how men get to this crisis point? For some men, their crisis is slower and health related; an avoidable heart attack, stroke or diabetes.Not every man ends up in crisis, although all men are met with their own challenges on the journey of life. No man escapes adversity.If I had been able to meet with a group of men who were experiencing some of the same life challenges, it would have made a big difference to me.From my own challenges, combined with extensive research, MANonline was conceived.MANonline is network of online men’s groups.
