I lead the company’s Marketing function, focusing on developing brand and digital strategies as well as marketing communications to drive rapid scaling through acquisition and organic growth within a highly fragmented residential services category.Previously, I held various marketing leadership roles at consumer-focused organizations, where I leveraged the power of data-driven insights to create strategies to delight consumers and build powerful brands. At Anticimex, I focused on developing and refining a customer-centric culture at a fast-growing consumer services provider, leading the digital transformation of the company’s Marketing function and successfully leading brand and customer experience post-M&A integration for five acquisitions. At News America Marketing (News Corp) and Information Resources (IRI), I led consulting engagements with major Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Nestle USA, Colgate-Palmolive, and Unilever, leveraging data-driven insights on the consumer and shopper journey, helping clients to grow their brands.My brand management career began with the former Dial Corporation in the personal care category, where I learned from several outstanding marketers, benefiting from their wealth of experience while mastering the basics of consumer marketing. I later managed Bausch & Lomb’s flagship ReNu brand, launching new products and growing the brand within a highly competitive category.
