I joined Stanton Chase in 1987 and was Managing Director of the Sydney Office from 1993 to 2017. I then moved into a non-executive and advisory role within the firm until I retired in 2019. During my executive search career, I handled a wide range of assignments throughout Australia and New Zealand for senior executive and non-executive director positions.Over the last 20 years I have volunteered in the NFP sector, particularly through Rotary where I am a member of the Rotary Club of Sydney. I am currently leading a team of Rotarians on a major public health project to assist our Pacific neighbours.

  Rotary Give Every Child A Future is the major international project initiated by Rotary to celebrate the Centenary of Rotary in Australia and New Zealand. The project aims to ensure generations of children and women in the Pacific are protected against cervical cancer, rotavirus and pneumococcal disease by the introduction of three new vaccines (HPV, rotavirus and PCV) for nine Pacific Island countries (Cook Islands, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu).
