About James Ward
I have been working in web development since 2001, primarily in digital marketing agencies such as Reading Room and Amaze Ltd. Since 2013 I have been contracting in similar agencies and clients in the public and private sector. During this time I have worked across a wide range of technologies, disciplines and content management system but have focused on Sitecore solutions exclusively since 2010.My experience has ranged from microsites to large-scale enterprise solutions including, but not limited to: specification gathering; internal/external training; architecture; team-leading; mentoring; large-scale content migration, tailored customisation; and rescue-rebuilds.I have developed adaptive communication over the years to accommodate people of a non-technical background and alike which has aided me greatly since becoming a contractor. I have also been told I have a fair amount of lateral-thinking to see solutions that otherwise might not be apparent.
