As the Editor-In-Chief of HM (Hotel & Accommodation Management) magazine, my primary responsibility is overseeing the writing and editing of copy, sourcing imagery and creative directing photo shoots. I also assist with editing and writing the magazine’s website (www.hotelmanagement.com.au), a role which includes the filming and editing of videos, and sending out a weekly email newsletter. HM magazine also hosts the annual HM Awards, an event I founded in 2003, which I Chair the judging and entry processes, assist with sponsorships and oversee ticket sales for (www.HMawards.com.au). The magazine also hosts the global AHICE conference series and as Group President, I am involved in working with Governments across the globe, global sponsorships, program creation, speaker selection, VIP guests and overseeing ticket sales.

During my time employed as a journalist with Courier Newspapers, I was reporting across the board, from news to sport, travel, motoring, fashion, real estate, music and business, along with reviewing bars, restaurants and hotels.
