As a Senior Vice President & Partner with CBRE's OCCUPIER ACCOUNT SERVICES (OAS) business, I leverage my 20+ years of corporate real estate experience (and the accompanying tools and relationships developed over that period) to provide our corporate account clients with scalable resources, actionable insights, winning strategies and exacting project execution. Founded in the late 1990's as part of Equis Corporation, OAS quickly became a leading, global, corporate real estate services provider. In our early days, we were fortunate to have several major corporations engage us to help develop their first generation playbooks, workflows, and portfolio strategies - and to execute projects across hundreds of international markets (despite the fact that we only had one international office under our brand at the time). OAS did then, what it still does best today. We rolled up our shirtsleeves, we jumped into the trenches, and we didn't quit until each challenge was met and our clients were winning. Though we tightly embrace our longstanding, trusted, global relationships (OAS transacts 400 - 600 projects per year, relying on professional resources with demonstrated track records for responsiveness and reliability), we are quick to eliminate outdated methodologies. In fact we pride ourselves on innovating and peering around corners, identifying/analyzing new and emerging trends, and providing our clients with actionable strategies that help advance both their careers and the goals of their organizations.
