Leading a team to replace a 15-year-old technology, a cutting-edge N-Tier Architecture was implemented using .NET Core API and Angular 15+ for all web properties. This was deployed on Kubernetes using the best components of Azure. Close collaboration with all stakeholders, including the CEO, ensured a smooth migration from old technology to new. This transition was carefully scripted with minimal risk at every step for both new and existing customers.Working with a team of 16 Subject Matter Experts, a state-of-the-art Content Creation System was built. This system not only produces new content with 100% accountability but also reduces time to market by over 30%. The new content creation system is now a benchmark for competitors and a democratized tool for customers and partners to create their own professional content, delivered over Azure Media Services.A comprehensive Project Management system was created that revolutionized how AEC projects are maintained, earning 2 patents. AI was leveraged to democratize the knowledge of the SMEs, transforming the way education is consumed and understood. Unique interfaces were also created that improved self-paced learning, resulting in 5 additional patents.A system of multiple local large language models (LLMs) was built to analyze client documents from various sources. This system identifies key themes and topics to generate new lessons, with all base materials collected, summarized, and generated ready for Subject Matter Experts to refine. These systems then automatically take that material and build the entire lesson, including all testing materials, and even perform voice overs and translations automatically. This has cut the cost of content generation by over 85%.Helped the founder secure a lucrative exit leveraging the cutting-edge technologies and patents generated by this work.
