Our mission is to help people take more climate action.To do this we work with companies to engage their employees on sustainability. Giki has worked with over 100 companies, across sectors and around the world, and we’ve been selected as a UN backed Race to Zero Accelerator for employee engagement.As well as being obsessed about carbon footprints I'm always interested in talking about behaviour change, climate action and how data can tell stories to inspire and motivate people.Previously Co-Chief Investment Officer at Ninety One. Co-Head and founding member of 4Factor equity team with expertise in data analysis, behavioural finance and company research. Portfolio manager for one of Investec's flagship global equity strategies and key advocate embedding Environmental, Social and Governance issues in investment decisions. James holds a 1st class degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
