Led team of technical experts organized to deliver high-end solutions to streamline development planning efforts for mid-size Permian Basin operators. Efforts combined well performance, geologic and seismic analysis, to create models and maps to assess where the ‘better rock’ exists on operated acreage. Used 3D seismic to improve structural and lithological modeling efforts. Delivered 3D geologic property model of Upton Co. for landing point determination. Created petrophysical model from 22 cored wells and delivered a 265 well petrophysical log library. Created maps by specific target zone with EUR, percentage oil and other attributes by section and streamlined process for DCA efforts maintaining updated EURs for more than 2,500 HZ wells.

Directed reservoir description for acquisition strategy and subsequent development operations in Andrews Co. and $200MM mineral purchasing program for entire Midland and Delaware basin. Led multi-discipline team of experts to integrate core results into petrophysical model and 3-D petrel model. Used consortium data from more than 150 core samples across the Permian basin to create petrophysical log library of more than 800 vertical wells across 15 West Texas counties. Increased Permian operating position from ~2,000 acres to more than 16,000 acres. Directed delineation program using Petrel model to determine optimal HZ landing points in MSBY, LSBY and WCB zones. Created 'buy' maps with projected EUR and percentage oil values by section and zone for entire Delaware and Midland basin. Developed bid packages for more than ~700 MM$ mineral right purchase offers. Created engineering presentation materials for communication with private equity firm. Streamlined process for DCA efforts maintaining updated EURs for more than 7,000 HZ wells. Reserve coordinator for year-end reserves, created and presented annual support packages per SEC/PRMS guidelines for DeGolyer and MacNaughton. Led project of outsourced expert review of HZ well completions resulting in delivery of ‘next generation’ completion design.

Provided reservoir engineering component to support Reagan County acreage development for 500 MM$/100 well 2014 drilling program resulting in production of 27,000 BOEPD for LPI Permian assets. Maintained quarterly projections for ~600 wells for reserve and corporate budget planning forecasts. Worked directly with production engineering to direct $6.7 MM recompletion budget, performing analysis to advance decision making for repair work and P&A candidates. Provided valuation for ‘bolt-on’ acquisition bids and non-core acreage divestment packages. Worked with MTG consultants and Sigmaflow to streamline ‘location selection to spud’ process.

Performed numerous evaluations SEC/PRMS and NI 51-101 guidelines determining hydrocarbon potential of exploration areas, estimation and classification of reserves to be recovered from new discoveries, verification of hydrocarbon reserves, production forecasting, and appraisal of properties for prospective acquisition, divestiture, issuance of securities and financing purposes. Worked directly with corporate reserves group for Danish Oil and Gas, Eni, and BG Group.

Gulf of Mexico - Atlantis Asset Numerical Modeler for one of largest fields within Gulf of Mexico. Responsible for history matching and performance prediction for ~500-million-barrel oil field. Extensive work developing probabilistic water injection performance estimates. Mississippi Canyon 252 IncidentActed as liaison for BP between the City of Gulf Port, Mississippi, and the Department of Homeland Security. Met with City Mayors, Fire Chiefs, Police Chiefs and other officials communicating BP's response plans. Moderated numerous town hall meetings for City of Ocean Springs, MS. Worked with crisis response team providing numerous interviews and briefings with local, national and international press. North America Gas - Wyoming and Arkoma Assets Tight gas performance analysis, production enhancement and field development planning. Responsible for field reserve estimates to meet corporate compliance review. Developed advanced solutions for reservoir potential determination utilizing constrained data.
