As Director of Engineering, I am responsible for the engineering department. We are responsible for all new projects from tool quoting until the mold is released to production. We also continue to monitor the molds in production to ensure quality production. We pride ourselves on helping our customers design products for manufacturability. We quote the tooling and control our tooling suppliers (Foreign and Domestic) throughout the project. We help to ensure the production mold is on time, reliable, and built to Hoffer standards.
