Lead a 22-member, multi-country, Quality Assurance organization that focused on testing Android, IOS, and hosted server solutions based on Movius’s patented MultiLine Platform.The Quality Assurance group is responsible for end to end validation, testing, and release of all new products that are developed by Movius. This involves authoring and execution of test cases, functional testing, load testing, and release of the software to customer service.

Managed product lifecycle for Versera ICE and Mereon Product lines. Ran a professional services organization where custom product solutions were defined, scoped, and released to customers.

Managed a Solutions Engineering group that had post sales responsibilities for the installation design for each customer deployment of messaging products. The team is the primary technical interface answering customer’s technical implementation needs. This group also participates in the new product introduction team documenting configuration options, scaling, and capacity requirements. • Worked closely with development, quality assurance, and product management groups to ensure product configuration requirements were clearly documented within configuration rules.• Initiated the design and implementation of a new Applications Package format. This document improved technical communication to the installers, decreased the documentation effort, and improved design efficiency.

Vendors / Platforms tested with: Nortel DMS 100, Nortel DMS 10, Nortel MTX, Motorola EMX 2500, Aldiscon SMSC, Lucent 5ESS.• Responsible for detailed documentation on upgrades, ECO Releases, new features, and system interfaces.
