Significant accomplishments include:■ Bringing in the 2015 plan 1.2% under budget across 500+ projects, 99% opened on schedule ■ Winning the Retail Council of Canada In-Store Experience and Design Award in 2013 and 2015 for Sport Chek Flagship■ Constructed a new 1.5 million square foot distribution centre on schedule and on budget■ Built from scratch an executive financial reporting model and dashboard
