Reporting to the SVP, Real Estate, I led all construction activities across Canadian Tire and CT REIT, including retail, office and distribution centres with a team of 65. Significant accomplishments include:■ Bringing in the 2015 plan 1.2% under budget across 500+ projects, 99% opened on schedule ■ Winning the Retail Council of Canada In-Store Experience and Design Award in 2013 and 2015 for Sport Chek Flagship■ Constructed a new 1.5 million square foot distribution centre on schedule and on budget■ Built from scratch an executive financial reporting model and dashboard

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Services, Design and Construction, I was responsible for leading a design and construction team of 40 with offices in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary.

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Services, I provided environmental leadership and reported environmental compliance to the Board. I led two teams including a group of seven engineers and scientists focused on managing environmental matters. The second team of six specialize in enhancing and maintaining real estate assets with an emphasis on creating a safe and customer-friendly experience.

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate, I developed and executed an aggressive real estate acquisition strategy for Gas+ across Canada and Ontario-based PartSource stores managing more than 30 projects per year.

Reporting to the Divisional VP, Real Estate, I was responsible for designing and executing the real estate acquisition strategy for the GTA and Central Ontario based Canadian Tire stores.

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Services, I led the real estate acquisition and development of all Gas+ locations across Canada.

I managed the design and development process for PartSource and led the design and redevelopment of redundant Canadian Tire stores across the country.

Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate, delivered office space projects including budgeting, leasing, project management, design and construction for multiple Federal Government departments and third party tenants.

Reporting to the President, I managed relationship with clients and developed working drawings, managed tendering and a team of multi-disciplinary tradespersons charged with renovating the Culture’s chain of restaurants across Ontario.
