James has been successful in the financial coaching, accounting, real estate brokerage and community association management industries. James is a former CPA and holds the following professional Georgia licenses: Real Estate Broker (150479) and Real Estate Instructor (264960). Also, he formerly held Georgia active licenses as a Insurance Agent and State Registered Appraiser.As a former CPA and Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach, James provides financial coaching for individuals and small businesses through his firm, Financial Coach 4 You, LLC.In addition, James serves as one of the instructors for Nowack Howard, LLC teaching the Community Association Manager Pre-Licensing Course and other continuing education classes. He was named Educator of the Year in 2008 by the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.Previously James worked as a CPA in public accounting and in the real estate development and management business. James is a seasoned executive and worked for the Sports Arena Division of TBS for 11 years and served as VP and Controller. Throughout James’ career, he earned several professional designations through formal training and production requirements: Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). James formerly held the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS).James began to offer community association management services in 2007.
