James has been successful in the financial coaching, accounting, real estate brokerage and community association management industries. James is a former CPA and holds the following professional Georgia licenses: Real Estate Broker (150479) and Real Estate Instructor (264960). Also, he formerly held Georgia active licenses as a Insurance Agent and State Registered Appraiser.As a former CPA and Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach, James provides financial coaching for individuals and small businesses through his firm, Financial Coach 4 You, LLC.In addition, James serves as one of the instructors for Nowack Howard, LLC teaching the Community Association Manager Pre-Licensing Course and other continuing education classes. He was named Educator of the Year in 2008 by the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.Previously James worked as a CPA in public accounting and in the real estate development and management business. James is a seasoned executive and worked for the Sports Arena Division of TBS for 11 years and served as VP and Controller.
