He coordinated the interrelating activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers. Design and engineering efforts were conducted by him. He was responsible for subcontract and contract administration. He negotiated contracts with subcontractors & vendors for various trades ensuring that all phases of work were encompassed and that a clear definition of work protocols were defined. He approved subcontractor and vendor payment requests. In parallel he worked with design and engineering managers to ensure projects were designed, procured & constructed within the boundaries of operating guidelines.Milestones include:• Expanding relationships with public & private sectors; Architectural & Engineering firms.• Constructed for Health First, MIMA, MRI labs, radiology labs, NASA “clean rooms” for geosynchronous satellites, aircraft hangars for T38 Talons.• DEP, DNR, Army Corps Environmental infrastructure permits.• Partnered w/ Elf’s French construction subsidiary Constructa Societe de Services Immonbiliers marketing and constructing 8 Multi-Family Condos & 438 Custom Homes & Professional Tennis Facilities at Sea Oaks Vero Beach, FL.
