(Agility, Rhozet, Episode, FCS, Aspera, SFTP) - Provided technical training and support to video encoders, editors, broadcast operators, and IT department. - Provided purchase recommendations for engineering and post production groups across all networks.

Member of the studios feature film post production department, supporting media services production. - Provided front line software and hardware support to video encoders, editors, and QC operators. - Designed and developed software tools and scripts (AviSynth, FFmpeg, Perl, AppleScript) to streamline the preprocessing, encoding, and transcoding of HD and SD media files (Rhozet & Digital Rapids) and associated data. - Analyzed and improved/revised workflows in place for file management, transcoding & digital delivery. - Provided technical guidance and engineering recommendations for all hardware and software within post production media services department.
