- Oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of 25 projects totaling over $1 million USD in Guatemala and El Salvador (over a funding period of 4+ years) in a variety of sectors including food security and sustainable livelihoods, migration, peacebuilding, education, and WASH. - Provided direct accompaniment to 10 local partner organizations, conducting regular visits, maintaining communication, and providing constructive feedback and training on topics such as participatory methods and needs assessments in order to strengthen their planning, monitoring, and evaluation systems.- Demonstrated the ability to build relationships and foster connections among a diverse range of local organizations, across different ethnicities, nationalities, religions, and linguistic backgrounds. - Accompanied local partners in the proposal-writing process for 15 successful project proposals, providing direct feedback and facilitating communication with MCC funds managers in the U.S. and Canada. - Coordinated project and partner evaluations, including contracting and managing 1 external partner evaluation. - Led process of establishing Ethical Standards for MCC Guatemala & El Salvador country program, facilitating discussions and feedback among staff and partner organizations. - Participated in and contributed to global and regional MCC PMER and advocacy networks.
