I started my career in 1987 and I have had the opportunity to learn from many great leaders and coaches about life and many situations. I have experienced a lot in the real estate industry from a personal side and from a corporate point of view. I have worked with a lot of agents over the years and shared in their successes and some of their failures. “Success cannot happen without failure” we must learn to never give up and if we are going to experience any kind of failure…”fail forward”!I have experienced great markets and not so great markets, just like life, the real estate industry has its ups and downs, if you embrace change and accept the challenge to succeed, you will learn so much about not just your career, but also about yourself.I have helped in the development of agents just starting a brand new career and I have learned a lot from some of the most successful agents in the business. Sometimes coaching happens on a career level or simply on a situational level. As a coach and a leader I try to always look at the whole picture; where are we now? How did we get there? And where do we go from here? My intent is to be a guide and help lead you to discovering all the options, so you can choose the best one going forward. Coaching does not have to be negative and accountability is really about a "guide" helping "you" and sharing with you a different view; helping you overcome obstacles, limiting beliefs to reach the goals you set for yourself!!
