I am a Senior Director in CBRE’s Living Sector valuation team, with a main focus on Build-to-Rent, Co-Living & Student Accommodation. I have in-depth knowledge of the residential property market from working in residential consultancy and specialist valuation teams for approximately 16+ years.I am primarily responsible for the regular valuation of some of the largest Build to Rent funds/portfolios in the UK, which include both standing investments as well as forward funding/commitment opportunities, for financial reporting purposes. In addition, I also oversee valuations for secured lending purposes and I have good experience in the valuation of development sites and single houses and apartments.I provide valuation advice on behalf of lenders, funds, institutional and private investors, Estates and property companies for the purposes of loan security, regular accounts valuations and leasehold enfranchisement.In addition to valuation, my experience extends to property and Estate management, lettings management (tenancy renewals and negotiation) as well as Fair Rent reviews. Finally, I have knowledge with commercial lease renewals and rent reviews. I also act as both a APC Counsellor for a number of graduate surveyors.
