Dedicated pharmacist with over 3 years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced, community retail pharmacy setting. I was able to adapt and rise to the challenges presented by the global pandemic. I assisted in the training of our pharmacy technician staff, for administration of vaccines, to help meet the increased demand. I also trained to coach patients in how to obtain a sample for covid testing, however our pharmacy location did not follow thru with implementing this process. Before leaving for university to pursue my PharmD, I worked for 7 years as a certified pharmacy technician at an independent community pharmacy in my hometown. While in university, I served on the APhA-ASP executive board as communications vice president/historian in the 2017-2018 academic year.
