Thompson & Associates works with both nonprofit organizations and their supporters. Our goal is to assist nonprofit organizations with planned giving by educating and motivating donors in the challenging fields of estate and charitable planning.A contributing member of the fundraising community, Mr. Hohn has been an active member of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning/National Committee on Planned Giving/National Association of Charitable Gift Planners since 1987. James currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Council of Charitable Gift Planners. He has actively served on the Board of Directors of two AFP chapters and as President of the NJ Council of Grant-makers. Mr. Hohn has trained professional planned giving development and administrative staffs as well as volunteers to understand and successfully conduct effective and engaging planned giving programs. He often speaks at conferences and seminars to promote philanthropy and charitable giving to professional organizations, volunteer groups, corporations and associations committed to support the nonprofit community.
