MY ROLE:I am responsible for leading Spencer Ogden's Natural Resources & Renewables Division across all disciplines globally. I also manage Spencer Ogden's RPO delivery across the EMEA region.We specialise in offering client specific recruitment solutions, I have successfully business developed, designed and managed large scale project hires and RPO recruitment programmes. We also offer a bespoke executive search service, with a proven track record of delivering senior executives into world leading energy projects and operations globally.Managed Spencer Ogden's EMEA RPO and and project hire function with combined program values of £4 Million+. Delivering over 1500 technically skilled staff into the EMEA regions leading energy projects.

Led the business development, design and delivery of RPO solutions across EMEA, successfully delivering £4+ Million in GP during this period.

My role was to manage the distribution, costing, and access of group resources within EMEA.

My role involved leading a business sales team, I played a key role in increasing customer retention and satisfaction rates.My responsibilities included;- New sales- Promoting additional services and increasing sales to existing customers- Mentoring and training new starters, monitoring calls for quality assurance

My role was to manage the administration and organisation of a large multinational employer and human capital project. Co-ordinate the programme and liaise with apprentices, resources and store managers across 100 stores. I successfully managed the recruitment and training of 900+ graduatesMy responsibilities included;- Designing, operating and managing the Word, Excel and Host Oracle tracking files. - Collating reports about the current state and predicted progress, of the Apprenticeship Scheme. - Communicating information to Store Managers, Directors, and outside training consultants and providers.- Under strict time frames I designed and produced presentations, information packs, and questionnaires to aid the training of store personnel onto the scheme. - Dealing with contractors and training providers, including the Learning Skills Council regarding the implementation of governmental legislation. - Implementing corporate responsibility, image and ensuring good practice and PR are utilized to attract top tier talent.
