I became a Customer Sales & Service Manager at Elementus in January 2006, after working for Elementus for 5 years. My previous roles within Elementus were Quality Manager and Business Support Manager. In these roles I managed our quality systems, acheiving ISO9001:2000 registration and ISO 17025. I also managed a team responsible for acheiving our ISO 14001 registration. After gaining a BSc in Environmental Biology at University I worked as a laboratory manager in an ethical environmentally aware cosmetics laboratory. Managing a team of five Elementus consultants has given me a wealth of experience in delivering excellent customer service.My personal development at Elementus has involved contract management of large client contracts, providing training to customer employees in Legionella, and developing our water management related services. As a result, our legionella training and compliance services are of the highest quality and our consultants delivering these services are competent in all areas. I report directly to Paul Phillips - Head of Operations - and as a management team we aim to meet with our departments vision statement "To continually exceed our customers expectations ensuring mutual success". My main role within Elementus is to provide full time managerial support to my team of consultants and work closely with the other managers in managing our consultancy resource.Specialties: People skills development, quality management, legionella management compliance services, management of customer compliance projects
