Key responsibilities:Managing and nurturing relationships between clients, AACs, DET, trainers and traineesConduct regular feedback and evaluation sessions with all existing clients in an effort tocontinually fine tune productsEncourage and implement cross-selling strategies to lengthen the value chain of the business byencouraging the linking/packaging of appropriate Hostec productsCultivating new business with both existing clients and new emerging industry opportunities–ensuring their understanding of all products with Hostec’s scopeContributing to business development by analyzing existing competitors, researching theindustry and establishing client needsMaintain industry, finance and participant statistics for reporting purposesManage all traineeship visitation cycles within the sectorCommunicate all new trainee signups to Traineeship Administrator for assessor and AACallocationMonitor all relevant internal systems to ensure compliance with all AQTF standards

- Account management of over 100 companies- Consulting and collaborating with State and Federal departments- Managing and maintaining relationships with RTO’s - Controlling and overseeing the payments of claims and incentives for both employers and trainee’s- Building and maintaining relationships with businesses throughout the metropolitan Area- Providing accurate, current and comprehensive information on Australian Apprenticeships to employers and Australian Apprentices
