Leading the International team delivering services that enhance student experience and automate research administration in Higher Education.This team are a new division within Ex Libris that aimed to focus on the new portfolio of products offered by Ex Libris to HE. Responsible for leading the strategy and sales organisation for EMEA and APAC generating new business ARR and growing the customer base in these innovative new areas.

Ex Libris Group is a leading provider of library automation solutions, offering the only comprehensive product suite for the discovery, management, and distribution of all materials—print, electronic, and digital. Leading the UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia Sales organisation, this role focussed on delivering large new business multi year SaaS contracts growing ARR in the region. During my tenure, we successfully transformed from a transactional sales mentality to an outcome based sales process, showing customers the value our solutions would deliver to them. Successfully sold the growing Ex Libris portfolio across Higher Education and National Libraries.

As part of the EMEA Leadership team, I led the NICE EMEA Financial Markets Compliance business. I worked with my sales team and our communication compliance portfolio to deliver sales against target across Europe, working with our clients to ensure their businesses complied with the ever changing and more stringent financial regulations.

At NICE I led the Strategic sales team; responsible for the sales of NICE solutions into the top 30 UK leading corporations in order to drive positive customer experiences, improve sales performance and lower operational cost through the innovative use of technology in their contact centres, branches and back office operations.Consistently delivered meaningful results to plan for the company with a growing team and portfolio. Presidents Club 2014 and 2015, the only Sales Director in EMEA to achieve this.

At Verint I was responsible for sales, development and account management of Verint UKs largest customers such as Bank of Ireland, Barclays, HP, HSBC. Over acheived quota 6 years running - Presidents Club 6 times, awarded International salesperson of the year 2001. Left Verint to pursue career development.
