• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition for all departments and divisions• Developed a full Onboarding & Offboarding process for new hires & exiting employees• Manage and facilitate Bi-weekly payroll & 401k processing for 230+ employees• Lead a project to implement and manage a centralized Hospital Credentialing experience for all clinical and field employees (100+ employees)• Automated HR Operations to maximize efficiency across all functions.
