I am focused on recruiting for our Canadian practice, specifically helping to identify top Cloud Implementation Consultants (Oracle, Azure, GCP, AWS) and Data Engineers. I started a side consulting project focused on helping recruiters and management at small staffing firms with best practices in sourcing top talent. The project also involved creating e-docs / training materials to sell to sourcers/recruiters directly and through an ecommerce site (site launch and marketing campaign). The programs are focused on utilizing advanced Boolean search string development techniques, social media (effective targeting and messaging), and mobile recruitment strategies (ranging from text blasting to gif ads).
