• Assist the National Incentive Team in the development of programs by providing in-depth analytics.
• Develop & perform research & analysis that enhances the retail competitiveness of the vehicle line-up including incentive programs, pricing trends, retail promotional activity, competitive indexing & competitive.
• Support Retail Planning and Incentives teams in developing incentive strategies through providing comprehensive data analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop and recommend incentive strategies designed to maximize sales while optimizing program spending and vehicle inventory levels.
• Utilize advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel and Tableau to perform job functions, including analysis of large datasets, automated spreadsheet generation, and statistical analysis.
