Paperspace builds tools and infrastructure to make accelerated computing simple and accessible.

As an evangelist for Galvanize, I was responsible for new campus launches and the New York program's evangelism efforts. In practice, I wrote and held lectures for Python and data science, wrotedata science blogs, communicated with and assisted potential students, created business partnerships, created and held hackathons, and internal machine learning projects to forecast enrollments and growth of various projects. I also ran the data science portion of the Forged events, our mini-bootcamp weekend event gauntlet, and collaborated with partners for events, such as mc'ing Austin Start Up Week.

I specialize in tutoring SAT/ACT, Math, the sciences, and writing. My strategy on a tutor is dual pronged. I first engage with the student to determine what their specific academic challenges, and then I do my best to empathize with their difficulties. By working through their frustrations one-on-one, I've found most students can change their entire attitude over time about the subjects they're working on. The eventual goal is to remove any negative associations with the work at hand, and make the student want to work hard on their own. For this reason, I particularly like to work with students with 'mild' learning disabilities such as dyslexia or ADHD.

As director of marketing, I oversaw the content creation used in our marketing campaigns, the distribution of marketing materials, the dissemination of information about the festival, and personally oversaw social media accounts with my team and the president of the organization.During my tenure, Szentek went from an organization with a single event with low ticket sales to one of the premiere student-run, charity music and arts festival in the UK. With multiple sold out events each year, Szentek donates thousands of its proceeds to Variety Scotland each year to support the needs of the underprivileged and disabled children of Scotland.
