CyberSource offers a number of products and services help it's customers expand their businesses into new regions whilst keeping their fraud levels under control and making sure that their customers card data is a secure as possible.As Senior Director, I have direct responsibility of a team of 16 consultants based in the UK and Dubai, who consult with CyberSource customers on how to increase their customer acceptance without increasing their fraud rates. Alternatively our customers can outsource their fraud prevention / customer acceptance requirements to our team.Other responsibilities include, relationship management with partners (fraud vendors), assistance with RFP's, pre sales activities related to our fraud product Decision Manager, being an SME both internally and externally on fraud related topics and technologies as well as full T&E management and revenue targets.
