I was brought into Workday because of my deep financial experience, to take responsibility for some of Workday’s more complex customers. The two roles that I have held cover the life cycle of customers from the opportunity first arising to signature on contracts and beyond. Nuffield Health was a client of Itelligence Europe, and they wanted an independent evaluation of the solutions provided by Itelligence, which were in the testing phase. I was introduced by Itelligence Europe to have an arms-length relationship, which is why I was hired by Nuffield directly and not, at this stage, by Itelligence. I reported directly to.
