As Director of Web Services, I lead a team that develops and maintains a SaaS application, designs/develops custom websites for our customers, as well as builds custom applications to suit our customer's needs. As department head and project manager, I guide the entire lifecycle of web services projects, from conceptualization to launch. As Product Owner, I set direction and development priorities, leading the Scrum process. I have also served in the Scrum Master role. In addition to the product development side of management, I am also responsible for each team member’s professional guidance and growth.Since 2012, I have expanded the Web Services department offerings from development of a single SaaS application to also include full-service design and website development. In this time, our web software (Causeway) significantly increased its market share amongst technical standards organizations. As a result of this increase, as well as expanded services offerings, I have significantly expanded department revenue since 2014.

As Customer Advocate, it is my job to ensure the voice of our clients is being heard by guiding product development based on customer feedback. I was also the primary lead on sales of Causeway, our web-based collaboration software. Within our team, I serve as Product Owner for Causeway, where I lead the setting of development priorities. During my time in this position, I built market position of Causeway, grew new and existing client relationships, and developed and implemented the marketing plan and strategy for Causeway. I also serve as a liaison between VTM Web Services and other VTM Group departments, providing internal consultation on marketing and business development direction. As Business Development Manager, I am responsible for the scoping and delivery of all Web Services projects, driving general business development activities including sales, as well as managing new client launches.

As Account Manager, I served as strategic consultant to my clients, including being the Executive Director of SATA-IO and InfiniBand Trade Association, providing direction and support to the Board and broader organization. As Manager, I was responsible for the entire portfolio of services provided to our clients, including day to day operations management and consulting, 3rd party vendor management, financial control and budget management, web site management, marketing project coordination, trade show and event management/execution.

With increasing levels of responsibility after being an Account Coordinator and Account Executive, I was promoted to Account Lead. As Lead, I supported a number of VTM, Inc. clients, including serving as Treasurer of InfiniBand Trade Association. Daily activities include day-to-day association management, member management, financial planning and support, technical work group support, website management, Board of Directors support, event/tradeshow planning and execution, marketing, and administrative support.

As an Account Executive, I had increasing levels of responsibility within my team at VTM, interfacing more directly with clients and continuing to provide support to my team.

Beginning my career at VTM, Inc as an Account Coordinator, I was part of a team that provided a variety of business management and consulting services to technology trade associations. As Account Coordinator, I assisted the team in daily operations including event and meeting planning.
