Having qualified as an accountant and worked for a broad range of clients across a number of industries and countries, I left Ernst & Young in 2000 and set up Able Self Storage which was acquired in 2003 by Armadillo Self Storage, for whom I was a founding Director. I took some time out after Armadillo was succesfully sold to HSBC in 2007 and then became a founding Director of Pure Gym in early 2009. I resigned from Pure Gym in 2013 on achieving a successful exit. Since then my focus has been on investing in forestry and farming.
