Designing and enhancing the news experience for Alexa customers around the world. Collaborated across teams to design a suite of services supporting native news experience for FireTV. Working on complex migration/retirement effort to save ~$120K/year in infrastructure spend.

Architected fulfillment and in-store pickup/payment system for online order system at a large retail chain processing 1000+ orders and ~$150K sales per day. Collaborated with UX team and led a development team in designing and implementing APIs and integrations with POS systems, printing, auth and order management systems (C#/ASP.NET). Also led development of a Cordova/iOS application which integrated Verifone hardware for PCI compliant credit-card processing. Set up Jenkins CI build pipelines. (AngularJS/Cordova/Objective C)AWS CloudFormation templates to build AWS Lambda CI pipelines, MongoDB replica sets and load-balanced, redundant cloud environments

Led development on a variety of projects including a front-end redesign of a satellite mission planning tool, mobile application in the retail space, network monitoring application and title insurance system. Tracked project milestones against time and and cost estimates; typically 4-6 month and $250 - $600K projects.

Ported an event calendaring web application from Classic ASP to Struts (Java, MySQL) Administered Apache on RedHat Linux Server. Worked on a variety of small websites for clients.
