I am a highly driven individual who utilises multiple industry-specific committee positions to consistently upskill and improve the standard of new graduate physiotherapists to ultimately achieve optimal patient/athlete outcomes. As an ASCA Level 2 accredited strength and conditioning coach, I have an extended scope of practice and advanced exercise prescription, programming and periodisation skills. My extensive experience in the development of exercise-based rehabilitation programmes and protocols has consistently allowed my athletes to return to performance faster and more resilient.
