• Entering online and phone orders via Sage MAS 90 while assisting customers with questions and concerns about their orders and our products• Interacting with manufacturers of our products about customer orders and issues regarding quality, shipping and returned products• Assisting the owner and IT Tech with building product information on the new website which included filling in pricing, images, measurements, item numbers etc.
