As COO was individually responsible for driving all facets of execution including the direct oversight of, operation of and performance of Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, Engineering, Operations and all customer impact points. Created the necessary structures and process to ensure that the business maintained scalability and predictability while experiencing intense growth.

In partnership with CEO, directed the Company's growth and evolution from a small start up into the one of the nation's premier publicly traded (NASDAQ) network based CLEC's with annual revenues in excess of $300 million, positive EBITDA, 1,300 employees and operations in all 50 states and industry leading productivity metrics. Prior to taking the company public the Company was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Simultaneously served as both Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and was responsible for driving all aspects of execution including the direct oversight and performance of Marketing and Product, Engineering, Network Operations and Business Operations, Finance and Legal (both regulatory and corporate) and all aspects of preparing a company for major financings, the public markets and / or acquisition.
