After an initial 10 years as a broker, working for several Investment Banks, I more recently gained 22 years experience in executive search as a senior level financial services specialist. I ran the Fund Management practice for The Rose Partnership for 5 years, prior to which I did the same for AT Kearney, later rebranded Edward W Kelley & Partners. Between 1995 and 2001 I lived in Hong Kong, where for 3 years I ran an office. I have extensive knowledge of the Far East having worked in and around the the South East Asian region. I retired from head hunting in 2013 and have now, together with his wife, Philippa Rose, established Wickham House as a top-end venue for Corporate off-sites and events.
