Provide overall Program Management for Mission Command Battle Lab Capabilities Development Directorate. Develop implementation strategies for new technologies including planning and leading war fighting tests, simulations, and technology capability gap analysis efforts. These projects focus on delivering future capabilities to aid military leaders in better evaluation of options, planning, and real-time execution in military operations

Program Manager in pursuing acquisition of innovative processes, procedures, and technological solutions within the military command and control domain. Responsible for strategy and technology improvement for the Army. Experience with all phases of research and development including leading, developing, and conducting experiments. Key responsibilities include understanding, testing, and monitoring Army Mission Command technology capability gaps. Review gaps and potential solutions, provide overall program management for organized war fighting tests and simulations, and develop implementation strategies for these new technologies.

Responsible for the strategy and technology improvement for the Leavenworth, KS Mission Command/Battle Lab-Leavenworth and assisting in the development of the next Joint Communication System for the military. Experience in researching, analyzing, identifying, and developing Command and Control capability requirements and information technology solutions for the U.S. Army in a joint, net-centric environment
